1. Do I have to download Responsible Allowance??

No, Responsible Allowance does not need to be downloaded.

2. I don't believe in giving my child money for his/her household chores and

assignments, is there another way that the program can be useful??

Yes, this program is equipped with the "point system". You can reward your child with points as you wish, and those points can be redeemed later with you for their rewards.

3. The program has a lot of features, do I have to use all of them for the program to be

effective??

No, although all of the features are aimed to create different experiences in each individual area, the program doesn't need to have all of its features used to enjoy benefits of the program.

4. At what age can I start my child on Responsible Allowance??

We recommend the age of 7 to start your child on Responsible Allowance, some have been known to start their children at earlier ages.

5. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY THROUGH PAYPAL??

YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL MEMBERSHIP TO PAY THROUGH PAYPAL. Paypal will gladly except your credit card transactions without you being a member. We use Paypal because it is a secure, well known payment gateway.

6. I signed up for the program and do not have the password to start the program??

You will create a login and password when you set up your account.

7. Can my child use the program when he/she is away from his/her primary home??

Yes, this program can be accessed and used from any internet enabled home computer or laptop(notebook).

8. Do you have a download version of this program??

No, this program does not come in a download version

9. Do I need an internet connection in order to use this program??

Yes, you will need an internet connection in order to use this program.

10. Why is the monthly cost so low??

RA is a free program. We are very much open to donations to help maintain and improve our program. Through donations, it will also allow us to implement new features and incentives in the near future.

11. How come you don't have a non-internet version of this program??

We have learned that the internet is a growing part of our daily lives, and the internet is the only true and accurate way of presenting this program to you in real time from any computer.

12. Do I have to be present when my child uses the program??

No, its not a requirement for you to be around when your child uses the program as long as they have your permission to visit the site, know how to operate their pages and are responsible enough.

13. Will my child really benefit from using this program??

Yes, this program, if used properly, has many features that your child will benefit from to make them more productive, and responsible.

14. What happens when I cancel my subscription??

Your account will become disabled, and you will no longer be billed.

15. What happens if my account is deleted??..How do I restore my data??

If your account is deleted, you will have to sign back up to the service. Your cannot be recovered.

	Little Helper (LH) 1. Can Little Helper School Edition be used for my family?? Yes, school edition can be used in a home, but it is not recommended. We have a home edition for Little Helper, this program is made for home use. 2. Can Little Helper Home Edition be used for my school?? NO, home edition lacks many functions and features that is essential to running a day care and keeping accurate notes for each child. We have a school edition for Little Helper, this program is made for school use. 3. Does Little Helper have a user limit?? NO, Little Helper will allow as many users that your computer's memory will allow. If operating a daycare or nightcare center, be sure to follow your city and state regulations. 4. Can I purchase Little Helper as a gift for my child's school?? Yes. If this is a program that you think your child's school will benefit from, we are sure that the school's administrators will welcome the gift. 5. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY THROUGH PAYPAL?? What are the primary age groups that Little Helper is used for?? Primarily ages that would normally attend daycare and preschool (1mo - 6year old). 8. Is Little Helper available on disc?? No, Little Helper is only being sold as a download file from our site at this time. 9. How do I activate the program?? Users will Enter Personal Details 1. First Name2. Last Name3. Email Address. Click Next Button, Data will submit to asp .net page with user details and will return the Primary Key. Note: User needs to keep the primary key for record, so it will not need to be generated again. User will enter/paste Primary Key at the time of buying product and then we will send secondary key through an email. After getting the secondary key, the user will select Product activation button to enter previously created primary key and secondary key, which they received from email after buying the product. Click Activate now button to compare the keys and register the product. If the following values matched successfully, then we will register the product and update the registry key to keep record, whether product is registered or not. Security: Application setup will create one registry entry in the user machine to identify the application installed status, which will later updated with the register version values to identify the register version. You will be prompted to activate the Software until it is successfully registered. If the serial key is not input, the software will not function properly.
	Calendar Smart (CS) 1. How do I install CS?? Download the program, double click the program, and perform a sync operation, once the operation is complete, proceed to the applications menu on your phone, and select the newly installed CS program. 2. Does CS work for all phones?? NO, CS will only work with phones that are Java enabled, we are currently updating our supported phone list. Check to see if your phone is on our supported list. More phones will be added in the future. 3. Will CS work for me if I have irregular menstrual cycles?? NO, we do not recommend CS if you have irregular menstrual cycles, but it can be used as a reference tool. 4. Is CS available on disc?? No, CS is only being sold as a download file from our site at this time. 5. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY THROUGH PAYPAL?? YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL MEMBERSHIP TO PAY THROUGH PAYPAL. Does CS show when I'm suppose to be ovulating and fertile?? Yes. 7. Can CS show my my menstrual cycle in months to come?? Yes, you can view the future dates and months that you are suppose to be on your menstrual cycle. This can help you to better plan upcoming events. 8. How do I activate the program?? Users will go the the menu tab on their mobile device, then select "activation", the program will generate a System ID code. Proceed to the CS webpage and select the "Buy Now" button. You will need to enter the System ID code that was generated and submit payment. Upon receiving payment, we will send you an email with the activation code to register your program.
	Encrypted Files (EF) 1. Does EF work for on computers?? NO, at this point, EF only works on windows based computers. 3. Can EF encrypt digital and media files too?? Yes, EF can encrypt your digital and media files without distorting or damaging the quality. 4. Is EF available on disc?? No, EF is only being sold as a download file from our site at this time. 5. 	Cobra WebPlayer (CP) 1. How do I buy Cobra WebPlayer?? You can either register for our basic package for free, or subscribe to Cobra WebPlayer on a monthly basis. 2. How does the subscription work?? Cobra WebPlayer is offered on a monthly subscription, your visitors will come to your site and and press the button or link that you have to view media files, then they will be able to view your media. Cobra WebPlayer offers room to make for a seamless transition ie...logo adding, your own personal advertisement, and a message center to share news with your visitors. 3. Do you offer refunds?? Due to the subscription being so inexpensive, and is offered on a month to month basis, refunds are not offered. Your billing will discontinue when you cancel the service. 4. How much space do I get with the subscription?? 1gig of storage space is free with our basic package. Additional space is available at a fee. 5. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY THROUGH PAYPAL?? You and your viewers will need to have flash and Windows media player in order to play and view Cobra WebPlayer. 7. Where can do I get the supporting software for the Cobra WebPlayer?? You can download Microsoft media player from Microsoft. Learn more about Silverlight, you can download Microsoft Silverlight from Microsoft. You can download the supporting software from Adobe flash 8. Is the supporting software free?? Yes, you can download the supporting software from the links listed above. 9. Is Cobra WebPlayer available on disc?? No, Cobra WebPlayer is only being offered as a website link. 10. How do I link my site with Cobra WebPlayer?? Once you register online with Cobra WebPlayer you will be given a token, create a button or hyperlink using this token and it will take you to your Cobra WebPlayer.
