What This Privacy Policy Covers
· This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Cobra Back L.L.C. does not own or control, or to people that Cobra Back L.L.C. does not employ or manage.

Information Sharing and Disclosure     
· Cobra Back L.L.C. collects personal information when you register with Cobra Back L.L.C., when you use Cobra Back L.L.C. products or services, when you visit www.cobraback.com or the pages of certain Cobra Back L.L.C. partners, and when you enter promotions. Cobra Back L.L.C. may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
· When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. For some financial products and services we may also ask for your address, Social Security number, and information about your assets. Once you register with Cobra Back L.L.C. and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

      Children

o Cobra Back L.L.C. does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
o Cobra Back L.L.C. advertisers include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies.

Cookies
· Cobra Back L.L.C. may set and access Cobra Back L.L.C. cookies on your computer.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences
     General
· You can edit your Cobra Back L.L.C. Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time.
· New categories of marketing communications may be added to the Marketing Preferences page from time to time.
· We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Cobra Back L.L.C. service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Cobra Back L.L.C. Newsletter, that are considered part of your Cobra Back L.L.C. account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
· You can delete your Cobra Back L.L.C. account at anytime.
Account
· When you register with Service or submit information to Service, a temporary copy of that information is routinely made to prevent accidental loss of your information through a computer malfunction or human error.
· Cobra Back L.L.C. keeps your account information active in our user registration databases in order to provide immediate access to your personalization preferences each time you visit Service.
· If you ask Service to delete your Cobra Back L.L.C. account, in most cases your account will be deactivated and then deleted from our user registration database in approximately 90 days. This delay is necessary to discourage users from engaging in fraudulent activity.
· Please note that any information that we have copied may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after your deletion request. This may be the case even though no information about your account remains in our active user databases.
Servers
· The Cobra Back L.L.C. computers (called "servers") that send your web pages and advertising banners process and store an enormous amount of information every day. These computer records are called "log files."
· Log files are used for analysis, research, auditing, and other purposes, as described above. After this information has been used, it is stored and is inaccessible. Until the information is stored, your Cobra Back L.L.C. ID may remain in our active server log files.

      Children
· Parents can review, edit, and delete information relating to their child's Cobra Back L.L.C. account.
· If a parent chooses not to allow us to further collect or use a child's information, parents can delete their child's account.
Confidentiality and Security
· We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
· We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
